Vicki Hagerman was executive director of the Perry Main Street program for nine years during which she worked on the business district revitalization focusing in the four areas of design and historic preservation, promotion and marketing, organization and management and economic restructuring and development. After that she worked for the City of Perry for 11 years as Public Works Director and Energy Coordinator, here she also assumed the responsibilities of City Manager in the absence of the city's previous manager. Her most recent job was as general manager of Ground Zero Shelters Co. where for 6 years she managed daily operations and a team of 125 employees.
Vicki currently resides in Perry and is currently looking for property in Cleveland. Vicki and her husband enjoy the country life. They have three adult children, a daughter and two sons. Family is very important to her and the last year and a half she was home caring for her mother.
Vicki started working at the City of Cleveland on December 2, 2019. In addition to transitioning into the daily operations of the city, she said "My first focus will be learning more about the community and the people. Keeping my eyes and ears open to concerns, ideas and possibilities."
