Due Dates
Payment for a utility service is due upon receipt and past due 10 days from the billing date. A 10% late penalty is charged for payments received after 4:30 pm on the 10th of the month.
Transaction Fees
The company that the Cleveland Municipal Authority uses to process payments charges transaction fees for the following types of payments:

- In-Person
Payment Options
Payments in Person
You may pay your bill directly to the Cleveland Municipal Authority staff at 105 W. Caddo Street in our main lobby or through our drive-thru window. Also, you may pay your bill at any of the bank locations:
- American Heritage Bank at 100 N Broadway
- American Heritage Bank at 320 S Broadway
- Citizens Bank of Oklahoma at 400 N Broadway

Note: In-Person payments will result in a 3.5% transaction fee.
Payments by Mail
To mail a payment, please return your bill in the reply envelope that arrived with your statement along with your payment to:

Online Payments
Make your online payment through nCourt. There will be a processing fee associated with any online payments. nCourt accepts payments for utilities and citations.
Payments by Phone
You may make your utility payment by phone by calling 877-717-4656. Note: A 3.5 % fee will be applied to your payment made over the phone.
Automatic Bank Draft
Your bank can automatically pay your utility bill. With your approval, we can send the amount of your bill to your bank each month and your bank can withdraw the amount of the bill directly from your checking or savings account. This withdrawal is made between the 5th and the 10th and depends on how the days fall in the month.

Come into our office and pick up the authorization form and return it, along with a voided check to our office at 105 West Caddo or mail it to:

Note: The Cleveland Municipal Water Authority is unable to accept auto-withdrawals from a personal account via an online transaction or e-check payment at this time.
