To find out if the Board of Elections has received your application for an absentee ballot, when your ballot was mailed, or if your voted ballot has been returned, call the County Election Board at 918-762-2125.

In-Person Absentee Ballots


To be eligible to cast an absentee ballot in person in the Board of Elections Office, individuals must:

  • Be registered to vote
  • Complete an application for their absentee ballot
  • Provide one of the six forms of photo identification required under Oklahoma law

Board of Elections Regular Hours

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 am to 2 pm
